Boden Apple Valley - Caregiver, HHA/CNA

Boden Senior Living of Apple Valley, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Caregiver, HHA/CNA to join our growing team!   

Boden Senior Living of Apple Valley opened July 2022 in Apple Valley, MN.  It is located right off 155th Street across from Target. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 64-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. Shifts Available: Full-Time AMs (7am-3pm) & PMs (3pm-11pm) and Part-Time AMs & PMs
HHA Wage: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
CNA Wage: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
Shift Differential: $1.00 for PMs, $2.00 for NOCs

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:    

• CNA’s and HHA’s provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.    
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.     
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.    
• Assist with medication administration.    

       

Preferred Qualifications:       

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.    
• Strong interest in healthcare.    
• Positive, compassionate attitude.    
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
