POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Graphic Designer focuses on executing day-to-day digital marketing assets including email campaigns, social media content, website graphics, product photography and seasonal cafe menu rollouts. The position also supports content creation for Colectivo’s social channels.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Digital Content: Design and produce digital marketing assets including emails, website graphics, mobile app assets, digital ads and social media content
- Content Creation: Serve as a key member of Colectivo’s content team, creating content for Colectivo’s social channels, including photos, short-form video & reels
- Seasonal Cafe Menu Rollouts: Design and coordinate all creative assets for seasonal cafe launches including menus, signage, bakery tags and promotional materials
- Photography & Visual Content: Capture product and promotional photography for marketing campaigns, menus and social media, editing, retouching and resizing as needed
- Production Design & Print: Prepare files for print production and coordinate with external vendors, ensuring accuracy and quality across all printed materials
- Project Coordination: Manage incoming design requests from internal teams and maintain an organized project list to ensure timely completion
- Additional Creative Support: Assist with packaging design, sales materials, presentations and other marketing projects as needed
Requirements
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate’s of Bachelor’s Degree, plus 1-3 years of graphic design and marketing experience
- Ability to execute quickly and manage multiple small projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and digital design
- Proficient in Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator & InDesign. Overall, comfortable with new technologies and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Exceptional creativity and design skills with examples of illustrations, photography, and graphics
- Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing & video-editing software (Lightroom, Premier Pro, After Effects) a plus.
- Experience in social media content creation with examples to share
- Excellent attention to detail and strong proofreading
- Ability to keep and maintain an organized work environment and establish very organized design files structure and file hygiene.
- Understanding of printing processes and preparing print files
- A can do attitude & eagerness for experience in all areas of marketing
