The purpose of this job is…..
As our Medical Receptionist, you'll be the warm, professional voice that greets patients when they need care most. You're not just answering phones - you're creating calm out of chaos, turning anxious moments into reassuring experiences, and keeping our Healthcare Centre running like clockwork.
Your day will be dynamic: coordinating appointments, connecting patients with the right care team, answering questions with confidence, and ensuring everyone who walks through our doors feels heard and helped. You'll be the vital link between our patients and medical staff, making sure nothing falls through the cracks and everyone gets the support they need, when they need it.
