Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in material planning or industrial engineering.
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems, MES, and advanced data modeling (spreadsheets, JMP, or SQL).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or a related engineering field.
- Lean/Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
- Experience managing material logistics and OSPT vendor planning in a compound semiconductor fab.
- Experience building material management systems from scratch during a rapid manufacturing ramp.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $144,000-$209,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end inventory plans for direct materials and WIP. Translate production schedules into actionable Material Requirement Plans (MRP).
- Drive Annual Operating Plan (AOP) development using bottoms-up spend analysis and cost modeling to track budget absorption and variance.
- Partner with logistics to optimize safety stocks and reorder points. Manage off-site processing (OSPT) to ensure feedstock availability and seamless WIP flow.
- Lead material escalations and supply risk mitigation to prevent line-down events. Oversee precious metal lifecycles and reclaim programs to maximize cost recovery.
- Utilize Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and data-driven models to develop real-time dashboards for Cycle Time (CT) and waste tracking, identifying opportunities for financial optimization.
