Primarily engage in back-end development with potential for some front-end development
Contribute to both maintenance (30-40%) and new feature development (60-70%)
Participate in two-week sprints using ClickUp for project management
Collaborate with product managers on sprint planning and contribute to technical and product roadmaps
Have opportunities to learn and work with new technologies to solve complex ecommerce challenges

3+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on back-end development
Proficiency in Ruby on Rails; experience with Python, Go, ReactJS, or Java is a plus
Experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT) and strong proficiency in SQL
Proven ability to contribute to development projects and work independently with minimal supervision
Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance software development processes and improve code quality
Strong engineering fundamentals, adaptability, and a desire to learn
