Executive Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers, providing high-level guidance on labor relations, policy interpretation, and legislative compliance across the Ontario region.
Labor Relations Leadership: Lead complex labor relations initiatives, acting as a primary voice in grievance meetings, arbitrations, and the negotiation/renegotiation of collective agreements.
Organizational Design & Change: Design and lead regional change management initiatives. You will leverage HR metrics and data insights to inform strategy, guide decision-making, and measure the impact of HR programs.
M&A Integration: Play an active, collaborative role in Mergers and Acquisitions, ensuring seamless HR integration and cultural alignment during transition periods.
Talent & Performance Architecture: Partner with the Learning & Development team to create development programs that build leadership bench strength. Provide sophisticated coaching to managers on performance optimization and conflict resolution.

Team Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous professional development.
Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including a mandatory background in large, complex, and highly unionized environments.
Leadership: Proven experience managing and developing a team of HR professionals.
