The Opportunity
This is a full-time, Office Manager–led role, with bookkeeping forming a supporting component of the position.
You will be the central point of coordination for the Gloucester office, ensuring the office runs smoothly day to day, supporting the local team, and acting as a key link between Gloucester and the wider Kelly+Partners network.

Position Responsibilities
Office Manager Responsibilities
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Gloucester office
- Acting as the main point of contact for office administration and coordination
- Maintaining a welcoming, organised, and professional office environment
- Managing office supplies, facilities, and relationships with local service providers
- Supporting onboarding and day-to-day needs of team members in Gloucester
- Coordinating schedules, meetings, and internal communication
- Assisting with workflow coordination and administrative processes
- Supporting collaboration between the Gloucester office and the wider Kelly+Partners network
- Ensuring systems, processes, and office practices operate efficiently and consistently
- Providing general administrative and operational support to the local team
Bookkeeping Responsibilities
- Preparing BAS and other statutory lodgements for review
- Performing monthly reconciliations and financial statement preparation
- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Completing bank and balance sheet reconciliations
- Monthly data processing for clients
- Preparing management reports using accounting software
- Working with Client Directors, Senior Managers, and Partners as required
About You
- Experience in office management, administration, or bookkeeping
- Previous experience in an accounting or professional services environment is highly regarded
- Certificate IV in Bookkeeping/Accounting or a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred but not essential)
- Working knowledge of APS, MYOB, Xero, and/or QuickBooks
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator who enjoys supporting people and building relationships
- Comfortable taking ownership and being a trusted, reliable point of contact
- Values community, teamwork, and long-term relationships
- Enjoys working in a regional office while being part of a larger firm
