IntroductionAs a HR Intern, you will be the heartbeat of our Singapore office, driving initiatives that enhance our employee experience and elevate our brand as an employer of choice in the tech and travel space.
In this Role, you’ll get to- Coordinate and execute regular office engagement activities (e.g., Monthly Engagements, Wellness Activities, and Festive Celebrations) and learning programs.
- Support the end-to-end planning of major company events, including Townhalls, Team Building, and Annual Dinner, etc.
- Assist in managing vendor relationships for event logistics, catering, and corporate gifts, etc.
- Develop creative content for "Life at Trip.com" across external social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) to showcase our unique culture.
- Draft and design internal newsletters and office-wide announcements to keep employees informed and inspired.
- Support the team in identifying and applying for external industry recognition and HR awards.
- Support the onboarding process to ensure a seamless "Day 1" experience for new hires.
- Collate and analyze employee feedback from pulse surveys to suggest improvements for office culture.
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects as required.
What you'll Need to Succeed- Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact confidently with stakeholders of all levels.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g. Canva, Photoshop).
- Ability to multi-task and manage project timelines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, resourceful, and a "people person" with a passion for the travel industry.
- Able to commit to a full-time internship for 6 months.
