About this role
Description
We are looking for a Booking Representative that will handle the following:
- Preparing a Loading List: Enter containers into the system, create loading lists to the planners, transmit vessel details to the port and resolve any issues that arise.
- Review vessel reports
- Send reports to review booking statuses based on online data.
- Handle customer requests via email and phone.
Requirements
- Academic education - a must
- Good knowledge of the shipping industry-an advantage
- 2-3 years of practical experience in customer service - a must
- Mastery of Microsoft Office tools, Excel (macro level) and PowerPoint in particular
- Mastery of the English language
