This is a temporary position lasting until August 2027, covering for a colleague who will be on parental leave.
The Role
As an HR Generalist, you will support our Swedish organization and be part of a highly engaged and collaborative HR team. You will work both operationally and strategically across a broad range of HR activities, while helping drive digitalization and efficiency in our HR processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting managers and employees through individual HR cases, negotiations, and union collaboration, independently and together with the HR team.
Coordinating operational HR processes for the Swedish organization, including employments, company cars, and rehabilitation cases.
Providing coaching and advisory support to managers and employees in line with our HR processes and policies.
Balancing day-to-day HR operations with participation in strategic initiatives and projects.
Acting as a central coordinator for incoming HR matters, as well as organizing HR meetings and collaborating with functions such as Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and HR specialists.
Contributing to larger HR initiatives and projects such as the development of a global structure for Competence & Skills.
Supporting the implementation and development of our global HRM system, where you will play a key role in ensuring efficient processes for the Swedish organization.
The Candidate
We are looking for a structured, proactive, and people-oriented HR professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment. We think that you will bring a down-to-earth mindset and solution-oriented way of working.
You bring:
A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Human Resources, or a related field
At least a couple of years of HR experience, preferably work actively supporting managers in a coaching way.
Strong knowledge of Swedish Labor law
Experience working with union collaboration and individual employee matters
Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
A structured and digital mindset, with the ability to work efficiently in HR systems
As a person, you are:
An excellent communicator and trusted advisor to managers
Efficient, attentive, and solution-oriented
Comfortable working with multiple priorities and a sense of urgency
Confident in driving HR topics and contributing to our HR agenda
