Position: Salesforce Lead / Architect (Q2C) Location: Remote Duration: 12–18 Months Contract Rate: $ 85/hr C2C/1099 ,   Work Authorization: U.S. Citizens only  due to client requirements

Job Overview: We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Lead who can lead full-cycle Salesforce implementations and help recover or optimize underperforming Salesforce projects. This role requires strong Salesforce architecture expertise, hands-on development experience, and the ability to lead technical teams while aligning solutions with business goals.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead Salesforce architecture, development, and integration initiatives • Manage full lifecycle Salesforce implementations • Assess and stabilize troubled Salesforce environments • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives • Provide technical leadership to developers, admins, and analysts • Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions

Required Skills: • 5+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience • Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, and integrations • Experience leading full-cycle Salesforce implementations • Experience turning around underperforming Salesforce projects • Strong knowledge of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) configurations and sales tool integrations • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred: • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or Technical Architect
