As our new Sales Director B2C Denmark, FTTH Projects, you will take full ownership of go-to-market strategy, sales performance, and organizational development — leading a multi-role sales team across partners, key accounts, and direct sales channels. About your role
As Sales Director, you are accountable for all new FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) project acquisition activity and results within your scope. You’ll define and execute the go-to-market strategy, optimize territory and account coverage, and build a high-performing, scalable sales organization. Working closely with Commercial, Product, and Marketing, you will ensure sales efforts align with business objectives, drive new project wins, and deliver predictable, sustainable growth.
You will also lead, coach, and develop a talented sales team—including Partner Sales Managers, Key Account Managers, Account Managers, and Sales Support—while ensuring processes, tools, and reporting enable efficiency and accountability. This role combines strategic leadership with operational execution, requiring a data-driven mindset, commercial acumen, and a passion for developing people and performance.

Go-to-Market Strategy – Define, own, and execute the FTTH go-to-market strategy. Segment customers and territories, align with business objectives, and establish sales methodologies, forecasting, and performance metrics.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
Experience: 8–12+ years of progressive B2B and or B2C sales leadership experience managing multi-role teams and channel partners.
