
[What the role is]
This is a temporary positio of 11.5 months with the Temasek SkillsFuture Academy (TSA).[What you will be working on]
The executive will be expected to perform the following responsibilities:
• Manage first level enquiries through channels such as emails, calls and walk-ins.
• Assist customers / students with product or service-related questions, issues, and requests.
• Resolve customers / students concerns and complaints effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution.
• Provide admin and logistics support to events (Orientation, Graduation, Partners appreciation event, SkillsFuture Fest etc)
• Oversee TSA One-stop centre to ensure centre is well-maintained.
• Handle admin and ad hoc duties as required.
