Role Purpose Lead the complete Service Introduction lifecycle for the client within the SIAM framework, ensuring new or changed services are designed, tested, documented, and transitioned into sustainment successfully. The role includes process development, KT creation and delivery, collaboration with client and vendor teams, and driving automation and AI adoption. Key Responsibilities 1. Service Design Leadership & Business Process Mastery - Coordinate Service Design phases (Alignment, Discovery, Prototype, Implement). - Master client business processes and ensure service designs align with SLAs, compliance, and business operations. - Engage suppliers and SMEs to capture operational impacts. 2. Service Transition Planning & Execution - Lead Operational Impact Assessments and present to governance. - Develop and refine Service Transition Plans. - Coordinate E2E process development, Operational Guides, ORT input, and readiness deliverables. - Deliver KT for SIAM services; ensure vendors deliver KT for their components. - Drive PRC and Transition-to-Operations approvals. 3. Process Development & Governance - Write and update new or modified processes, templates, playbooks, and RACIs. - Support governance committees with process proposals. 4. Knowledge Transfer Material Development & Delivery - Develop structured KT packages, runbooks, operational guides, and training materials. - Deliver KT sessions and ensure receipt acknowledgment. 5. Automation & AI Enablement - Integrate automation into workflows and enable AI insights for risk scoring and forecasting. 6. Reporting & Continuous Improvement - Track metrics, success factors, risks, and lessons learned to refine processes. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate directly with Client teams, vendors, SMEs, architects, and leadership. Tools & Artifacts - Service Design Package, Transition Plan, OIA, PRC, KT materials, Operational Guides.
