SAP OTC+STC consultant

What you need to be successful

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in supply chain, computer science, or a related field

· 6-8 years of post-baccalaureate progressive experience within SAP OTC field

· Experience on 1 End to End SAP OTC implementation

· 5+ years of experience as SAP OTC functional or techno-functional consultant

· Implementation experience (at least 1) in SAP OTC which includes blueprinting, gap analysis, mapping, prototypes, design, developing, testing, go-live, user training and postproduction Level 3 support

· Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the business processes and associated software configuration with respect to Order to Cash module

· Strong experience in the following SD areas Customer Master, Sales Support, Shipping of Material, Sales Activities, Billing related, Credit Management and Contract Handling and Management

· Logical thinking and Problem Solving skills along with the ability to collaborate

· Defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing, and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines

· Demonstrating expertise in the technologies covered by the SAP OTC

· Able to Work with end users from Requirement gathering, blue printing, realization, User acceptance test till deployment for functional enhancement

· Cross functional integration skills with other SAP functional work streams

· Excellent communication skills - the ability to communicate well with staff at all levels, both orally and in writing.

· Able to work independently on individual projects end to end.

· Prior experience on Merger and Acquisitions, Upgradations, Roll outs will be an added advantage

· Prior experience on Global projects will be an added advantage to lead small projects and contribute to unit level and organizational initiatives with an objective to providing high quality value addition solution to customers

· Config in CS module including ODP1

· Org. Structure, CS Master Data / Supporting Doc. Types for Service, Pricing

· Corrective Maintenance Service, Preventive Maintenance Service, Resource Related Billing (DP90)

· Service Contract Management, Service, Monitoring and Analytics

· Recurring Services Analytics, Service Order Management

· Interaction Center Service Request Management

· Business Process Requirement GAPs and Analysis
