Your team

You’ll be working in the IB-aligned Global Financing Services Integrated Middle Office team. The core mandate is ensuring completeness and accuracy of transactions from front-end risk systems through downstream books and records. As the key link between front office and Operations/Finance, you will also support regulatory, client, and transformational initiatives.

Your expertise

- 2–7+ years of experience in Middle Office, P&L Control, Prime Brokerage, or Equity Financing.
- Understanding of equity risk management and SBL/Equity Finance operational flows.
- Working knowledge of EquiLend, Pirum, GlobalOne, and systems supporting Compare, Recalls, Billing, and Collateral workflows.
- Excellent knowledge of Contract Compare, Recalls, Billing, Trade Support, and Collateral MO lifecycle.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and escalation awareness.
- Ability to collaborate across functions to deliver strategic programs and change.

Shift Timings

Supporting US hours (5:30 PM IST – 2:30 AM IST)
