Domain & Industry Expertise

Strong industry and domain knowledge within the services landscape, with proven exposure to networking domains, such as:

Enterprise networking, data center networking, and cloud networking concepts.

Network services, operations, and service delivery models.

Familiarity with networking-related use cases across services, Q2C, or supply chain environments.

Ability to understand network-driven business problems, operational challenges, and service inefficiencies.
Business Analysis & Process Skills

Understand, analyze, and articulate complex business and networking-related problems.

Map, document, and optimize end-to-end business and service processes, including those involving network operations and service workflows.

Identify opportunities for process re-engineering and automation, particularly in networking-enabled services.
Data & Analytical Skills

Hands-on exposure to data analysis, including:

Working with structured and semi-structured datasets (including operational or network-related data).
