Act as the voice of the business and customer, partnering with underwriting, actuarial, compliance, and technology teams to gather insights and define well-scoped problems, desired outcomes, and measurable success criteria.
Own and continuously prioritize the product backlog, authoring clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred and a minimum of 2 to 4 years direct experience with agile teams as well as 5 years in business, technology or consulting.
Considerable relevant industry or functional experience in P&C insurance with exposure to legal operations, legal services, or analytics preferred.
Interest or experience in reporting and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, DB Visualizer) and desire to expand knowledge in this space.
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role
Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and hands-on experience operating
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands effectively.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively, with strong teamwork, coordination, planning, and organizational skills.
Capable of educating business units on product vision, roadmap, and change impact, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
Displays an innovative and experimental mindset, comfortable working through ambiguity and driving continuous improvement.
Preferred familiarity with insurance products, portfolios, and related business processes.
