ApartmentIQ is a profitable, growth-stage company building industry-leading martech and data products for the PropTech space. The role involves owning and shipping new products within the Revenue Management suite, driving product direction through customer engagement, and collaborating with design and engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end discovery through launch of AI agents in the Revenue Management space
- Plan, configure and tune AI agents to optimize quality, reliability, and business outcomes
- Ship fast. Write specs, design workflows, build prototypes, and work side-by-side with designers and engineers to get features into production
- Design evaluation frameworks to systematically measure agent quality — build test suites, analyze output patterns and edge cases, and use those signals to iteratively improve performance
- Define and validate guardrails that ensure safe, compliant, and predictable agent performance across real-world pricing scenarios
- Use AI tools and agents to accelerate your own workflow
- Stand up customer feedback loops (weekly cadences with key accounts) and use those signals to prioritize ruthlessly
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales Engineering teams to ensure products land well and drive adoption
Requirements:
- Builder mentality over pedigree. We care about what you've shipped and how quickly
- 3–7 years in product management, product engineering, or a technical consulting role at a high-growth startup or tech company
- Shipped 0-to-1 products that customers actually use — not just features on a roadmap slide
- Strong product instincts with design sensibility
- Fluency in leading customer discovery and translating messy qualitative feedback into clear product direction
- Experience defining quality metrics and building evaluation loops — You've measured whether something is working and used those signals to make it better
- Appetite to build with modern AI/LLM tools for acceleration (Cursor, Claude, Copilot, etc.) — and demonstrated track record of quickly learning new skills/technologies
- Bias to action and iteration over perfection and process
- Experience in proptech, multifamily, or real estate is a strong plus but not required — curiosity about the domain matters more
