Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders to draft and refine social content that captures their unique, authentic voices
- Manage social media content calendars and platform strategies for high-visibility studio individuals
- Monitor community sentiment and engagement to provide qualitative insights to internal teams
- Collaborate with Marketing and PR to align individual social activity with major franchise milestones and cultural moments
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience managing social media for high-visibility individuals, executives, or developers
- Exceptional copywriting skills with a proven ability to adapt tone for different audiences and platforms (X, LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Deep understanding of online communities and how conversations evolve across social platforms
- Undergraduate degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Professional experience within the gaming industry
- Proficiency with social media management tools like Sprinklr
- Experience in reputation management or brand building for creators and leaders
