Piers Laine is a tech-enabled nail care company modernizing the nail care industry. The Founding Partnerships & Business Development Lead will develop partnerships across luxury residential buildings and corporate offices, while exploring new verticals such as eldercare centers and universities. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the sales and partnerships engine of a fast-growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new partnerships with luxury residential buildings, corporate offices, eldercare centers, universities, airport lounges, and more
- Develop creative partnership ideas such as resident events and corporate wellness activations
- Build relationships with property managers, HR teams, and brand partners
- Pitch customized partnership proposals and close new deals
- Own the full sales process, from initial outreach through close
- Maintain a detailed and organized pipeline of prospective and existing leads
- Nurture existing client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat or expanded business
Requirements:
- Experience in partnerships, business development, or B2B sales
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Comfort pitching ideas and presenting proposals
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple opportunities at once
- Self-starter mindset with a proactive approach to outreach
- Experience in beauty, wellness, hospitality, events, or real estate
- Existing relationships with property managers, HR teams, or brand partners
