Responsibilities:
- Build a deep understanding of our business, culture, and hiring needs to provide strategic recruitment support across teams
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer and close, ensuring a seamless and inclusive experience for candidates and stakeholders
- Partner with hiring managers to define job descriptions, candidate requirements, and develop structured interview processes
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, offering insights, best practices, and data-driven recommendations to improve hiring outcomes
- Manage executive relationships and provide proactive hiring solutions that align with business goals
- Own sourcing strategies for passive talent pipelines in engineering domains
- Mentor and guide hiring teams on best practices for interviewing, candidate assessment, and decision-making
- Design, implement, and optimize recruitment programs to enhance efficiency, scalability, and the candidate experience
Requirements:
- 7+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, particularly supporting Engineering roles within early-stage, high-growth tech companies
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to use recruiting metrics to inform strategies
- Proven ability to solve complex hiring challenges, facilitate decision-making, and coach teams
- Experience managing high-impact roles while maintaining effective organization and stakeholder management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
- Strong negotiation skills and in-depth knowledge of the talent market
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities
- Experience fostering trust-based relationships with candidates
- Extensive knowledge and proven success in technical hiring landscapes, especially in engineering roles
