Sarnova is a leading provider of advanced billing and technology services to the EMS transport industry. The Technical Project Manager will own the post-implementation phase for complex clients, ensuring stakeholders stay aligned and clients experience a smooth transition following Go-Live.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all client onboardings post‑Go‑Live, serving as the primary point of contact for outstanding deliverables and ongoing onboarding tasks
- Drive completion of all tasks not covered in initial onboarding, ensuring no gaps remain during the transition to full operational status
- Interpret, analyze, and understand complex client contracts, identifying obligations related to reporting, integrations, hardware/software, and other post‑implementation needs
- Translate contractual requirements into actionable project plans and ensure all commitments are met
- Oversee creation, customization, and delivery of all post‑Go‑Live reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract requirements
- Gather and validate all custom reporting specifications from stakeholders
- Develop a strong understanding of Digitech’s full billing software suite, onboarding workflow, and integration processes
- Coordinate technical projects including: Third‑party program interfaces (inbound and outbound), External system connections (CAD, ePCR, RPAs, etc.), Hardware and software ordering or configuration, API, XML, HL7, CSV, XLSX file workflows and validation
- Troubleshoot workflow, data, or integration issues, escalating to senior technical staff or vendors as needed
- Serve as the bridge between Sales, Client Relations, Credentialing, Integrations, Billing, Development, Analytics, and vendors to drive completion of all outstanding deliverables
- Schedule, lead, and document meetings between Digitech, clients, and third‑party technical personnel
- Communicate project status, blockers, deliverables, risks, and next steps clearly and proactively
- Define project milestones, timelines, dependencies, and resource needs
- Track, manage, and resolve production issues discovered pre‑ or post‑Go‑Live
- Document new work tickets, monitor progress, and ensure timely resolution
- Prioritize workload across multiple clients and vendors to meet deadlines
- Escalate high‑severity issues appropriately when risks arise
- Identify potential risks early—both pre‑contract and post‑implementation—and develop mitigation or contingency plans
- Ensure all releases, interfaces, and onboarding deliverables are high‑quality, accurate, and aligned with strategic and contractual objectives
- Maintain transparency with all stakeholders through timely status updates and reporting
- Build strong, productive relationships with key client decision-makers
- Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients feel supported throughout post‑implementation and beyond

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in project manager, computer science or similar preferred
- Experience managing complex technical projects, preferably related to government contracts, EMS systems, SaaS solutions, or healthcare IT integrations
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret technical documents, data workflows, and file formats (XML, HL7, CSV, XLSX)
- Experience troubleshooting technical, data, or workflow‑driven issues
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non‑technical stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple client projects simultaneously
- Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and managing client expectations
- Ability to work independently and drive project outcomes in a remote environment
- High attention to detail, professionalism, and follow‑through
- Ability to independently manage all aspects of the job role including required goals and business practices in a remote environment
- Knowledge of system development processes or experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst preferred
- Familiarity with electronic file storage, transmission methods, and system interfaces
