Quota Crushers Agency is hiring Sales Engineers and Account Executives for a cutting-edge Vision to Action AI company that is transforming how manufacturing facilities operate across North America. The role involves selling complex software solutions to manufacturing environments and engaging with various stakeholders to support implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Sell directly to manufacturing leaders across the United States and North America
- Engage plant managers, operations leaders, engineering teams, and executive stakeholders
- Travel to customer sites as needed for demos, proof of concepts, and relationship building
- Work cross-functionally with technical teams to support implementations
Requirements:
- Proven experience selling software solutions into manufacturing companies
- Must have experience working for companies under 200 employees (at least 1)
- Must understand manufacturing & walking manufacturing plants
- Strong understanding of industrial operations, automation, or AI-driven solutions
- Comfortable selling across North America with no territory restrictions
