The Director of Sales will lead commercial activities across the United States, Canada, and Mexico, focusing on strategic sales leadership and market development in the electrical power equipment market.
Responsibilities:
- Further expanded the existing electrical power equipment customer base
- Established new growth opportunities in composite material applications
- Strengthened executive-level customer relationships
- Built additional commercial capacity within the regional sales organization
Requirements:
- Experience in technical B2B manufacturing environments
- Strong business development and market expansion mindset
- Experience leading and growing industrial B2B sales teams
- Ability to develop executive-level customer relationships
- Familiarity with OEM-driven industrial markets
- Relevant industry experience may include: electrical insulation systems, engineered materials, composite materials, industrial components, power equipment supply chains
