Machine Learning Engineer

Kforce Inc is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join a collaborative, cross-functional team building and deploying machine learning models that support large-scale, customer-facing products. This role focuses on developing, deploying, and maintaining production ML systems while working closely with product, design, and analytics partners.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning models from development through production
• Contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and team ceremonies
• Break down projects into well-scoped, executable tasks and deliver on time
• Apply engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing, and monitoring
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define and iterate on ML solutions
• Debug, triage, and resolve issues in production systems
• Review code and provide technical feedback to teammates
• Communicate progress, risks, and technical challenges proactively

Requirements:

• Experience with modern machine learning tools and workflows, including training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based data and ML platforms (e.g., BigQuery, Vertex AI, Dataflow, or equivalents)
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
