eXeX is a healthcare SaaS company focused on improving efficiency across surgical teams. The Customer Success Liaison will serve as the primary on-site presence within the facility, building trust with surgical staff and coaching teams on the use of eXeX’s platform to enhance workflow and communication.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary on-site eXeX presence within the assigned Tampa-area account
- Build trust with nurses, scrub techs, surgeons, and surgical leadership
- Coach teams on practical use of eXeX in pre-op, intra-op, turnover, and related workflows
- Reinforce disciplined, consistent use of surgeon and procedure-specific digital twin maps
- Translate technology into simple, practical guidance for end users
- Identify friction points, solve day-to-day issues, and escalate technical matters appropriately
- Gather meaningful field feedback and communicate it clearly to internal stakeholders
- Support internal champions and account expansion efforts
- Help lead behavioral and cultural change around surgical workflow standardization
