Data Engineering Product manager

ICONMA is an Aerospace and Defense company looking for a Data Engineering Product Manager for their remote location. The role involves overseeing project operations, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with data governance standards while leading cross-functional Agile teams in delivering data analytics solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning project team and line management
• Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity quality and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project mangers line mangers and clients
• Responsibilities include defining the product vision and roadmap, translating business requirements into technical user stories, managing cross functional Agile teams, overseeing end to end delivery and release, and ensuring compliance with data governance standards
• The candidate must be able to report status, risk, and opportunities clearly and in a timely manner, while continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency and enhance deliveries to customers

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands on HANA experience
• 4+ years with BODS
• 3+ years using NiFi
• Change Management - 4 - 6 Years
• Project Management - 6+ Years
• Communication Skills - 6+ Years
• Data Analysis - 4 - 6 Years
• Data Warehousing - 4 - 6 Years
• Project Planning - 6+ Years
• Self-starter - 6+ Years
