Ellit Groups is a woman- and minority-founded organization redefining careers in Healthcare IT. They are seeking a Business Support Analyst to support key Epic Tapestry business operations, including benefits engine configuration, eligibility and enrollment processing, and claims workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain benefits engine logic
- Maintain provider/vendor contracts and reimbursement logic
- Support claims processing through configuration and retro-adjudication
- Build and maintain fee schedules
- Maintain documentation, workflows, and test plans
- Troubleshoot interfaces and EDI file issues
- Participate in upgrades and new plan implementations
- Coordinate cross-functional issue resolution
Requirements:
- Epic Tapestry Claims and Contracts Administration certification
- 3+ years of experience with Epic Tapestry Claims and Contracts Administration as an Analyst
- Build Experience working in a managed care or shared instance environment
- Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills
