ModeSens is an intelligent purchase assistant redefining the future of shopping. They are seeking a Contract Product Designer to support the product and marketing teams with high-quality design execution, focusing on UX improvements and marketing assets while ensuring visual consistency.
Responsibilities:
- Support the internal product design team, translate product strategy into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs
- Create UX updates and visual refinements for web and app experiences
- Support product polish, layout adjustments, and usability improvements
- Deliver high-quality design specs, handle design QA during implementation, and iterate based on user feedback
- Partner closely with PMs and engineers, serving as a design bridge between team vision and end users
- Design assets for email campaigns, media kits, landing pages, and other marketing materials
- Produce visual assets that align with ModeSens brand guidelines
- Maintain consistency with the ModeSens design system and visual standards
- Contribute to scalable design patterns across web, app, and extension surfaces
Requirements:
- 3+ years of product design experience in consumer tech; e-commerce or marketplace experience is a plus
- A portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking, problem-solving, and high-quality design execution
- Strong visual design and layout skills with great attention to detail
- Experience designing complex consumer journeys across multiple surfaces (web and app; extension experience is a plus)
- Experience creating marketing and communication design assets (email, presentations, promotional materials)
- Strong grasp of design systems, UX patterns, responsive layout, and Figma workflows
- Strong communicator with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly to stakeholders
- Experience working in an early or growth-stage company, where you balance speed and quality
- Experience working with fashion, luxury, or multi-brand marketplaces
- Fluency in Mandarin is a plus
- Familiarity with design systems or component libraries
