Humana Inc. is committed to putting health first, and they are seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to perform software engineering activities across all layers of the stack. The role involves leading technical architecture and design, mentoring a team of engineers, and delivering business-critical systems with high quality and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical architecture and design and present vision
- Problem-solving expertise using advanced data structures and algorithms
- Possess the ability to evaluate problems in both strategic and tactical terms
- Lead a small team of high-caliber engineers by mentoring and coaching
- Senior positive change with technical vision and innovative solutions
- Strong affinity to software-driven engineering & automation
- Partner with senior business and functional leaders to define technical direction
- Deliver business-critical systems and components with high quality and on time
- Lead by example by doing hands-on platform, backend, and frontend development
- Review, pull requests, and provide constructive feedback
- Investigate and propose new ideas, frameworks, technologies, or processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- 8 or more years of progressive IT experience as a senior developer in large IT projects
- 2 or more years of project leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence development operations, including proficiency in implementing, maintaining, and monitoring ML/AI pipelines using industry-standard tools and frameworks
- Strong understanding of agentic ai process
- Strong presentation and communication skills with cross-functional teams such as ARB/TRB and EA/EAI teams
- Experience working in Centers of Excellence (COEs) and executing playbooks
- Proficient understanding and tech-lead level experience in one or more programming languages (VueJS, TypeScript, NodeJs, Java, etc.)
- Experience with Spring/Spring Boot
- Experience with React Native
- Experience with JSON, RESTful web services, and client-server interactions
- Experience with highly scalable websites and web services (Vue.js, NodeJS, Microservices patterns, Angular etc.)
- Knowledge of and experience with Azure or equivalent cloud provider
- Environment management/orchestration systems (Kubernetes, Docker, AKS, etc.)
- Master's Degree
- AI background, experience on GCP/Cluade/or any Gen AI tool
