Associate Software Engineer (UI/React)

KIBO is a composable digital commerce platform for B2C, D2C, and B2B organizations. As an early career UI engineer, you will build high-performance interfaces and leverage AI tools to create responsive web components while ensuring adherence to accessibility and design standards.

Responsibilities:

• Build responsive web components using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
• Accelerate the creation of UI layouts and design system components using AI coding tools
• Provide AI tools with specific context like style guides and JSON schemas to generate high-quality UI code
• Generate comprehensive unit tests using Jest and Playwright to ensure stability across browsers
• Transform Figma designs into functional React code through AI-assisted workflows
• Audit frontend performance to optimize Core Web Vitals and efficient rendering

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of professional experience in frontend development with a focus on React
• Absolute familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like Claude, Cursor, or Copilot
• Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and utility-first frameworks like Tailwind CSS
• Experience writing frontend tests with Jest, React Testing Library, or Playwright
• Solid understanding of Git and collaborative workflows including code reviews
• Familiarity with modern web frameworks like Next.js
