Product/Cyber Security Architect

Trimble Inc. is a global technology company that connects the physical and digital worlds, transforming the ways work gets done. They are seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Architect to design robust security architectures and enhance the organization’s security posture against evolving threats while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the design and evolution of comprehensive security architectures for global systems and networks
• Embed security requirements upfront by evaluating proposed business processes and solutions to ensure resilience from day one
• Collaborate as a technical authority with the Security Operation Center and Engineering teams to lead incident response and project initiatives
• Drive risk management excellence by conducting deep-dive assessments and communicating strategic risks to business leaders
• Empower the sales cycle by acting as the security expert for high-touch customers, ensuring trust in Trimble’s information security standards

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience crafting robust cybersecurity architectures in complex environments
• Strong understanding of security frameworks such as NIST, SOC, and ISO 27001
• Deep technical proficiency in cloud, network, and application security
• Natural communicator capable of translating complex vulnerabilities into actionable business risks
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Security
• Advanced certifications such as CISSP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, container security, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Knowledge of scripting and automation using Python or PowerShell
• Familiarity with DevSecOps and CI/CD pipeline security practices
