Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Private Equity Associate to support AI training initiatives. The role involves developing financial models, translating market research into datasets, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance AI-powered investment analysis tools.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and review financial models to support AI training initiatives and ensure industry-level accuracy
• Translate market research and due diligence insights into structured datasets and training modules for AI systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to convert private equity and investment banking concepts into actionable AI training data
• Contribute ideas to improve the performance and effectiveness of AI-powered investment analysis tools
• Support the development of AI capabilities related to financial analysis, portfolio management, and investment evaluation

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in private equity and/or investment banking with strong financial modeling expertise
• Demonstrated experience in market research, due diligence, and investment analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Proven stakeholder management ability and capability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Experience supporting portfolio management analysis and financial evaluation processes
