The BOSS MS POD Instructor will deliver high-quality instruction in a blended learning environment for high school students. This role combines traditional classroom teaching with online learning methodologies to enhance student engagement and academic success. The teacher will work collaboratively with other educators, support staff, and students to develop and implement effective instructional strategies.

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Valid teaching certification in the subject area and grade level.
Experience with blended learning models and instructional technology.

Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs.

Work Environment
This position will be performed in a POD location site setting, incorporating both in-person and online instruction. The BOSS High School POD Instructors will collaborate with a team of educators and work closely with students in a supportive and innovative learning environment.
Physical Demands
A BOSS HS POD Instructor who works at a POD site daily faces a unique set of physical demands that combine traditional teaching responsibilities with the requirements of online instruction. This includes using computer-based technologies for extended periods of time. Standing, sitting, and walking are also required.
FLSA Overtime Category
Job is exempt from the minimum wage and overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
