We are seeking for an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our GI Group in Cedar Park

 Job Description:

• Provide scheduled patient services under the direct supervision and responsibility of a physician in an inpatient setting - Ascension Cedar Park and occasionally North Austin Clinic
• Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
• No Call responsibilities
• Complete patient histories and physicals 
• Determine tentative diagnosis and order appropriate laboratory tests
• Counsel patient and family on health and disease
• Participate in all continuing education, training, and other requirements to remain in good standing for credentialing purposes at assigned medical facilities
• Work flexible schedule as dictated by business needs and operations
• Perform other duties as assigned

 Highlights:

• Base salary plus bonus potential

 Required Qualifications:

• State Licensed Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Gastrointestinal experience preferred
