Purpose of the Position: The Enterprise Data Analyst is responsible for both designing and developing our data architecture and performing data analysis to support business decision-making. This role encompasses the end-to-end process of data collection, transformation, storage, and analysis. The Enterprise Data Analyst will work with departments across the organization to provide data solutions to our internal teams, ensuring data is reliable, accessible, and actionable, driving insights and strategic initiatives throughout the organization. They will also assist in deploying special projects for the other departments as requested.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to support data reporting and dashboards
- Organize, model, and store raw data in our data warehouse and data lake
- Analyze and interpret data using statistical methods and tools
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
- Ensure the reliability, efficiency, and quality of data by developing and implementing processes for data cleaning, transformation, and validation

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience with data analysis, interpretation, and visualization required; or minimum of 6 years of experience with data analysis, interpretation, and visualization required
- Working knowledge with Python, C#, Java, Scala, or any other major programming language, required
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, required
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, etc.), required
- Familiarity with Big Data tools and technologies (Delta Lake, Spark, Databricks), required
- Experience with SQL and relational databases, strongly preferred
- Knowledgeable in schema design, data modeling, and data analysis, preferred
- Familiarity with data orchestration tooling (Dagster, Airflow, Prefect, etc), preferred
- Experience with enterprise software or the transportation and logistics industry is a plus
- Certifications in: Azure, PowerBI, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering is desired
