Responsibilities:
Resolution of desktop, server and network issues for a wide range of client system and network environments
Maintain and manage client systems and networks in a manner that provides value to the client as an IT technology partner and consultant.
Software Application management, maintenance and consulting
Provide recommendations for workflow and productivity enhancement.
Work as part of a team to design, implement and support the client?s network, representing a wide range of industries and technology.
Network Security management, including VPN administration and cybersecurity best practices.
Documentation of support procedures, and network configurations
Provide local and remote administration of client IT infrastructure including Server, security, networking, storage systems, and desktops
Perform all Tiers of support with the ability to escalate in an efficient manner, as needed
Configure and maintain and manage business continuity and disaster recovery platforms
Work with the Engineering to design and implement network and application solutions
Research new trends and technologies leading to testing and justification for deployment
Experience:
-5 years Industry experience as a Network Administrator or Systems Administrator
Diploma/certificate in information technology or similar
Solid background in systems administration
