We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to assist with a variety of tasks, to support several departments as needed. This is an entry level position, within the accounting department. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who enjoys working independently and is organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and open to cross-training within the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide reception back up for a high volume of phone calls, to include processing customer key orders
- Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks to maintain effective business operations
- Assist with Accounts Payable
- Provide support to the accounting department, or to other departments as needed
- Maintain customer and employee confidential information
- Perform miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned
Requirements
Knowledge and Skills Preferred:
- This position must be able to take initiative, be proactive, be able to maintain confidentiality, and be able to work as a team member and autonomously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic Accounting knowledge
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Comfortable interacting with customers
- Professional and positive attitude
- Detail oriented and accuracy in data recording
