Position Summary
Are you an experienced guest service professional with strong leadership skills and a hands on approach? CanaDream is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor for the upcoming season to oversee front counter operations and lead the Guest Services team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the daily coordination of guest facing activities while remaining actively involved on the floor. This is a working supervisor position, requiring strong customer service, problem solving, and the ability to support the team during peak periods.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Supervisory & Leadership Responsibilities
• Supervise, support, and coordinate daily activities of the Guest Services team
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex guest concerns and service issues
• Ensure Guest Service Agents follow established processes, service standards, and policies
• Assist with onboarding and training of new Guest Services team members
• Support scheduling, task assignment, and coverage during peak periods
• Communicate operational issues, staffing needs, and guest feedback to the Station Manager
Guest Services & Operational Responsibilities
• Perform & oversee daily check in, check out, and front counter operations
• Welcome guests and ensure a consistently positive guest experience
• Support and conduct RV demonstrations and guest orientations as needed
• Review reservations, arrival/departure schedules, and daily workload priorities
• Perform Front Line Inspections (quality control) prior to vehicle pick ups
• Provide accurate information, quotes, and reservations in person and over the phone
• Resolve guest complaints and process authorized refunds
• Coordinate with RV Technicians and Prep teams regarding vehicle readiness or damage
• Provide local travel information and support to guests
Additional Responsibilities
• During slower or winter months, operational needs may require this role to take on additional hands on duties, which may include supporting RV preparation and cleaning activities, coordinating or assisting with guest pick ups and drop offs, and providing broader operational support as needed.
• Provide reservations and administrative support as required
• Support other CanaDream departments within scope, as requested
• Remain hands on and assist with operational tasks during high volume periods
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Station Manager
Qualifications and Skills
• Previous experience in guest service or customer facing roles, with supervisory or lead experience preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to remain Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills
• Experience in tourism, hospitality, or rental operations is an asset
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
• Comfortable in a fast paced, hands on operational environment

• Combination of indoor (front counter) and outdoor responsibilities
• Fast paced environment with frequent interaction with guests and crew
