Your role
As a Scrum Master, you will support one or more agile development teams. You’ll facilitate collaboration, help remove obstacles, and ensure the teams remain high-performing and autonomous. You will also track project progress and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Uphold agile values and principles;
- Promote team self-organization and accountability;
- Help resolve impediments and achieve goals;
- Facilitate collaboration among all stakeholders;
- Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies;
- Participate in planning and delivery follow-up;
- Ensure transparency and visibility of progress;
- Act as a change agent in organizational transformation.
Qualifications
What you bring
- At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master with multiple teams in the software sector;
- Strong command of agile practices and real-world application;
- Experience in change management;
- Proficiency with JIRA-Agile;
- Scrum Master certification (asset);
- Knowledge of Lean and DevOps (asset);
- Positive, engaging, and collaborative leadership;
- Innovative and improvement-oriented mindset;
- This position must be bilingual as the candidate will be responsible for working with documentation in both French and English and communicating, orally and in writing, with both French-speaking and English-speaking partners/clients/suppliers/colleagues
