Job Opening: Recruiting Sourcer

Location: South Africa - Remote (Working US Hours - 9am-5pm EST)
Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and engage potential candidates for open positions.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates by leveraging social media, job boards, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach to assess fit for roles.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of each position.
• Develop creative strategies to attract diverse talent and expand candidate outreach.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and provide regular updates on candidate progress.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruiting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Prior experience in sourcing or recruiting preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using: Apploi, Outlook, Monday, Indeed
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to candidate engagement.
• A passion for connecting talent with opportunities.
