You’ll sit within the Brand and Experience team in Customer, Marketing and Communications, championing customer‑led design across our digital ecosystem. Working in a cross-functional, highly collaborative group spanning CX strategy, product design, experience design, and accessibility to turn strategy into reality by designing simple, distinctive, customer-led experiences.
As the Product Design Lead for our Application and Opening Crew, you’ll play a pivotal role in attracting customers to join Bankwest and seamlessly open new products. You’ll shape critical end-to-end experiences across the Bankwest app, website, online customer application platform and digital ID systems — ensuring they are intuitive, trusted and customer-first.
