
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS Duties include but are not limited to
• Manage and monitor all social media platforms to ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns and strategies, including marketing & advertising campaigns.
• Interact with followers and potential customers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries. Ensure effective response to all inquiries and complaints and coordinate with concerned parties for swift resolution.
• Utilize insights and analytics to track social media performance and effectiveness.
• Actively monitor social media for any potential issues or crises.
• Create and maintain an annual editorial calendar oversee monthly follow-ups, including essential global observances that are aligned with Napco’s vision and ensure they are commemorated by following a strategic schedule set and approved by CCD Manager.
• Handle all corporate social media channels and coordinate with content creator to come up with attractive and interactive social media posts and ensure consistency in scheduling the posts.
• Handle social media campaigns from idea to implementation, including generating creative content ideas, coordinating video shoots or photoshoots, and liaising with suppliers to agree on budgets and ensure smooth implementation.
• Utilize different methods to promote and boost social media posts to increase engagement and reach.
• Handle Napco National’s website and its sub-sites, ensuring regular updates and implementation in coordination with website development team.
• Manage Napco National’s Google Ads in collaboration with the customer experience team at INDEVCO.
• Coordinate monthly social media meetings with the social media committees from all other divisions to ensure consistency in branding and alignment of campaigns and strategies.
• Manage Napco National’s internal network, #MYNAPCO intranet, ensuring it is regularly updated. Collaborate with intranet development team to actively create creative campaigns.
• Handle Napco National's mobile application, ensuring it is regularly updated. Collaborate with mobile app developers to actively create creative campaigns.
• Stay current on what is trending online as well as what is changing in social media to provide strategic content recommendations.
