Business & Research Analyst

Konzortia Capital is a company focused on transforming private capital markets through innovative technology. They are seeking a highly analytical professional to support capital raising, valuation analysis, and business development research initiatives, partnering closely with leadership and product teams to generate insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Support capital raising initiatives through market research, investor intelligence, and fundraising landscape analysis
• Partner with the CFO and leadership to assist with valuation benchmarking, comparable analysis, and financial narrative refinement
• Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to strengthen business development strategy and partnership targeting
• Develop benchmarking analyses across competitors, platforms, and emerging market players to inform positioning and pricing strategy
• Produce structured research briefs, insight decks, and strategic summaries for executive decision-making
• Support investor materials development through research, data validation, and insight generation
• Identify market trends, whitespace opportunities, and emerging product directions through high-level strategic research
• Assist the product team with discovery research, ecosystem mapping, and opportunity analysis to inform roadmap decisions
• Build repeatable research frameworks and intelligence repositories to accelerate future fundraising and growth initiatives
• Contribute to rapid-turn research requests supporting leadership, capital raising conversations, and strategic partnerships

Requirements:

• Background in finance, economics, business, strategy, or a related analytical field
• Strong understanding of valuation concepts, market sizing, benchmarking, and competitive analysis
• Ability to translate complex research into clear, actionable insights for leadership
• Experience conducting market research, industry analysis, and strategic competitive intelligence
• Comfort collaborating with finance leadership on valuation adjustments and fundraising support
• Strong structured thinking, attention to detail, and ability to operate in ambiguous startup environments
• Excellent written and presentation skills with the ability to create executive-ready research summaries
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple research streams simultaneously
• Curiosity about venture markets, private capital, and emerging platform ecosystems
• Experience supporting fundraising, venture capital, investment banking, consulting, or private markets environments
• Exposure to financial modeling, investor materials preparation, or capital raising processes
• Familiarity with private capital markets, fintech platforms, or marketplace business models
• Experience working cross-functionally with product teams on market discovery and opportunity research
• Comfort using data tools, research platforms, and AI-assisted research workflows
• Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment
