Esphera Capital is seeking a Vice President of Sales and Account Management who will be responsible for driving company sales growth and managing key account relationships. The role involves developing sales strategies, acquiring new clients, and maintaining existing ones to achieve revenue targets while leading the sales and account management team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's sales strategy and customer expansion plan
- Drive new customer development and business growth
- Ensure sales targets and revenue indicators are achieved
- Maintain relationships with the company's core and strategic customers
- Establish long-term customer cooperation mechanisms and trust relationships
- Improve customer satisfaction and customer loyalty
- Responsible for business negotiations and contract signing with important clients
- Supervise the execution and service quality of key client projects
- Ensure customer needs are responded to and resolved in a timely manner
- Lead the sales manager and account manager team
- Responsible for team recruitment, training, and performance management
- Establish an efficient sales and customer management system
- Identify customer growth opportunities and cross-selling opportunities
- Drive customer lifetime value enhancement
- Develop customer retention and customer success strategies
- Monitor customer revenue, sales performance, and customer behavior data
- Analyze customer needs and market trends
- Provide sales and customer insights to company management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 20+ years of sales or customer management experience
- 10+ years of experience managing a sales or customer management team
