As a Senior Account Executive, you will drive revenue growth in the hospitality sales division by leveraging your sales strategy and relationship management skills to target high-value opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and drive new sales opportunities and manage a growing client base
- Identify opportunities to expand key accounts, manage the sales pipeline, and consistently exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement growth strategies tailored to the hospitality and commercial design sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as a trusted resource for business needs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for general inquiries, providing strategic support and resolving issues
- Lead client negotiations, ensuring outcomes that align with both client and company objectives, addressing challenges promptly and balancing client needs with business priorities
- Provide insights during bi-weekly Sales Operations meetings to improve team and departmental performance
- Attend hospitality industry events such as tradeshows and conferences to strengthen brand visibility and engagement with industry stakeholders
- Work with internal teams to gather market data, develop actionable strategies, and ensure a seamless client experience
- Provide feedback, questions, and new ideas to improve processes on hospitality and sales sector
- Stay informed on industry trends and market changes to make informed decisions and maintain a competitive edge

Requirements:
- 8+ years of outsides sales experience in hospitality/contract furniture industry
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of the furniture industry, hospitality, and design, with the ability to translate insights into effective, actionable sales strategies
- Frequent travel required
