The Manager of Program Management is responsible for overseeing the implementation of products and services for customers, managing relationships, and ensuring project deliverables align with customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop integrated program plans and/or project plans that consider multiple deliverables and proactively identify critical impediments to meeting project objectives including interdependencies and gap resolution across all projects within program. Responsible for the management of the overall Program Plan across multiple work streams, products, and solutions
- Define Program's Key Performance Indicators (KPI), training, process standards, policies, and procedures
- Assess, manage, and resolve risk to the overall Program. Consider impacts and potential alternatives and escalate as required to the appropriate level of Leadership
- Coordinate plans and decencies across all underlying Project teams supporting the Program deliverables. Responsible for budget and expense control for the Program and strategic alignment of Program to business unit objectives
- Set Program objectives and establish clear measures to successfully define and meet Program deliverables and timelines. Utilize the change control process to track schedule changes to the Program
- Provides strategic, technical, and operational leadership and management support of program that bring value to CTL and our customers. Responsible for building relationships providing strategic value to Customer and Partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field, or equivalent education and experience
- 10+ years of related experience, or 8+ years of Program Management experience
- Strong knowledge of project management principles
- Excellent interpersonal, written and presentation skills with the ability to successfully communicate ideas and recommendations to all levels within an organization characterized by clarity and brevity
- Leadership, coaching, collaboration, conflict management, negotiation, partnership, problem solving and innovation skills
- Experience that demonstrates knowledge of Business products and services
