Amerit Consulting is an extremely fast-growing staffing and consulting firm, and they are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service / Member Services Representative. The role involves providing customer service, handling inbound and outbound calls, and assisting members with pharmacy care benefits and other inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Providing customer service; Inbound Call center experience; making calls to the members explaining pharmacy care benefits
- Resolve member issues of all types (RX, PCP, Benefits, Eligibility)
- Experience working with employee-based accounts – group accounts
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience
- Experience with call centers - taking inbound calls, making outbound calls
- Member Services experience - making calls to the members explaining pharmacy care benefits
- Proficiency in basic working on Computers/phone
- Experience with MS Office
- Armed forces background/exp
- Call center experience
