Alpha Business Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative who is fluent in Korean and English. The role involves handling claims, benefits, enrollment, and providing support to customers in a fully remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- CSRs handle claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, etc., and work with customers to solve problems
- CSRs need to be flexible to work a 7.5-hour shift during the department's open hours of 8am – 8pm EST
Requirements:
- Bilingual in Korean and English; must be fluent and conversational in both languages
- HS Diploma or GED with 2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent Customer Focused competencies; seeking service-oriented individuals with strong customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; must use proper grammar and professional language
- Ability to navigate through multiple systems at a time
- ALL candidates must complete employment testing prior to submission
- Call center experience is preferred
- Healthcare industry experience
- Medical background helpful
